I am a registered Psychologist with the NZ Psychologist Board having completed a Masters of Science in Psychology at Canterbury University. I am registered with the Counselling Psychologist scope of practice. For the past 8 years I have been living and working as a Psychologist in Queensland.

This involved a range of psychometric assessment to identify barriers which included Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scales (DASS); Beck Scales, Hopelessness, Depression and Anxiety; General Self-efficacy Scale (GSE); Michigan Alcohol Screening Test (MAST), Revised; Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST); Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI); Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS); Trauma Symptom Inventory (TSI); The Impact of Event Scale – Revised (IES-R); literacy and numeracy assessment.
The types of therapy utilised included Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Behavioural Therapy (BT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); vocational counselling, client centred therapy; exploration of attachment styles; open ended questioning and downward arrow technique to uncover core beliefs.
